About Shipping

Shipping on orders is priced at $4.99 for the customer to cover any sized order of our product; this is our "flat rate" offering. If your order is over $50, then shipping is free and this discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1 - 3 business days. We have a full staff of warehouse employees, and even given current working conditions due to COVID-19 restrictions, we always have at least one individual ready to send your order. Our estimated shipping time is 3 - 5 business days using USPS EXPRESS mail. Dates not guaranteed for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and Military Bases. For international orders, shipping costs will be custom estimated and dates are not guaranteed. 

Non-Delivery Policy:

NWE Brands, Inc. is not liable to refund orders that have been returned to us from an invalid shipping address. In the event that your order cannot be completed by our shipping partner, we will request a different address using contact information on record. If a corrected address is not provided within 30 days, we will restock the order without refund.

Returns Policy

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns. We accept returns on any products that are shipped to you with defects in function or craftsmanship. We process orders through a Third Party service called "Clicksit Return Center". Click the link below to begin your returns process. After filling out the form, please ship the item back to us at

If the item is faulty within warranty, we will send you a return label free of charge. If the item is not to your liking, then we will ask that you pay postage. Upon proof of return, we will either ship your replacement or refund the order.
